Roma has extensive experience in both the private and public sector, past employers include BT, O2 and the London boroughs of Hackney and Haringey.
Roma is a skilled facilitator and project manager. She is passionate about communications and brings her skills, professionalism and creativity to each project she undertakes. She left her position as Group Head of Internal Communications at O2 to set up her company in 2004.
Past and current clients include: Transport for London, Islington Council, North West London Health Authority and Stoke Newington Arts College.
Since 2005 she has undertaken a range of projects for Transport for London specialising in diversity, inclusion and accessibility.
Roma graduated from Oxford University with a law degree and also has a Diploma in Communications, Advertising and Marketing (CAM). Outside working life, Roma is a trustee on the board of the
International
Forum for Rural Transport and Development (IFRTD) a global network working
to improve access, mobility and economic opportunity for poor communities
in developing countries. Roma also pursues a variety of interests in music,
arts and culture.
